For elective vision correction procedures not covered by your insurance plan, we offer financing through Care CreditTM.

• Apply on line at www.carecredit.com, by telephone at 800-365-8295 for an immediate decision, or request an application from the Eye Care Associates of New Jersey office, fill it out, and return it to Care Credit for processing.
